Open Application FormCompensation is governed by the VanMay Compensation & Promotion Guide and Independent Producer Agreement, available through the agent portal. Split percentages are based on qualifying production volume on a trailing 12-month basis. Builder override percentages are earned on team production and are subject to level maintenance requirements. Commission payments are processed weekly, each Friday, following carrier receipt and reconciliation, and are subject to chargebacks, reversals, and carrier adjustments. VanMay reserves the right to update compensation terms with 30 days written notice.
