She worked in broadcast journalism for nearly three decades covering everything from crime and politics to medical and financial news before retiring from CBS at the age of 49. She's also the founder of a 501 c (3) organization that provides humanitarian relief. She and her husband Denny share a passion for helping people and work as a team, from doing charitable missions to helping families understand and navigate the financial landscape. Helping her community has been at the core of Leyna's life work and it continues today through financial literacy, especially in the Vietnamese-American community.

As an agent, she progressed quickly and specializes in helping families save money for college education that transitions seamlessly into retirement income. As a friend, Jen and Leyna met at a charity function and haven’t stopped helping people since. From local homeless communities to underprivileged children in Vietnam, Jen has volunteered her time, sponsored students, and is always ready to answer the call.
